We use the HomeGauge computerized home inspection reporting system. This means our reports are available to our customers and their agents on the Internet as soon as the report is completed.
To view and print these reports on the internet all that is needed is your web browser. There is no plug-in required or any other kind of reader needed. You will be emailed a link to view the report with a user name and password. This email only contains a link to the report and does not have any attachments. This means you do not need to download large email attachments and you do not need to worry about email viruses.

Check the capitalization of your user name and password.
No space is allowed in the user name.

You must enable "cookies" for the Sign In to work.
A cookie is a small bit of data that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers to remember you by. You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set. (Every browser is different, so check the Help menu of your browser to learn how to enable cookies.)

We have set up a user name and password for you to view the report. In the future when you use the same home inspector for another home inspection you will have the same user name and password to view the new report. To help yourself, you can change the user name and password to one more easy to remember by clicking on the "Update My Info" link on the left hand side menu after signing in the first time. Also in the future you can come to this website (GoldenRuleHomeInspections.com) at any time to view the reports that have been created for you.
