Would you like to know about any recalls on the appliances, HVAC, water heater, garage door openers, or sump pump in your home?

NOW YOU CAN!

RecallChek is a first of its kind, fully audited database and reporting facility dedicated to finding manufacturer recalls on household products including appliances, HVAC equipment, and water heaters.  We assembled public records that would take hours to browse to find one particular recall report, and make them easily searchable.

What would my RecallChek report include?

Any and all potential recall reports affecting the appliances reported to RWS, including how to verify if your unit is affected, the nature of the recall, where the product was sold, how to remedy the defect, and oftentimes how to get it done absolutely free.  We check each and every make and model that you send in on the kitchen appliances, HVAC, water heater, sump pump and electrical panels.   If a recall is found on any of the units in your home, detailed information will be provided on how to get in contact with the manufacturer and get the recall fixed (most times, free of charge).

Won’t I get notice of Recalls on my appliances?

Most consumers do not.  The only way the manufacturer would know you own the product is if you registered the product or purchased an extended warranty.  Even more rare is the occasion that a manufacturer recall on a home appliance is reported on by news sources.  Most recalls are fire hazards.  Manufacturers reporting recalls include Sub-Zero, Goodman, GE, A.O. Smith, just to name a few.  All major manufacturers have had a recall at some point- economy and premium brands included. RWS has on file almost 200 million recalls and consumer safety bulletins.
