Len was the last approved Builder in the Vineyards before Vineyards Development decided to go into the building business.  Len's customers in the Vineyards swore that they would never have a house built by anyone but Len.  His desire to provide the best product available has been extended to the inspection business.

Len also built in Pt Royal and knows the requirements of high end construction.  There aren't anyother inspectors with his qualifications, Structural Engineer, Licensed Florida General Contractor (the highest level offered in Florida), and experience as President of the local ASHI Chapter.
