As a Builder, Len has built homes in Ft Myers, Pine Island, Naples, and Pt Royal in Florida. In New York, Len had a construction company with as many as 60 men in the field and 20 people in the office. All together he has completed over $100 million worth of work. Since 2002 Len has been President of Gulf Coast ASHI (the local chapter of American Society of Home Inspectors).
There are no other inspection companies with the structural engineering (BS in Structural Engineering), and construction back ground that we have. Whether you are in need of a home inspection, a commercial building inspection, inspections on new construction, mold inspections and/or testing, or radon testing, Golden Rule Home Inspections is your answer. Give us a call. We guaranty that you will be satisfied.
Len was the last approved Builder in the Vineyards in Naples before Vineyards Development decided to go into the building business. Len’s customers in the Vineyards swore that they would never have a house built by anyone but Len. His desire to provide the best product available has been extended to the inspection business.
Len also built in Pt Royal in Naples and knows the requirements of high end construction. There aren’t any other inspectors with his qualifications, Structural Engineer – Licensed Florida General Contractor (the highest level offered in Florida) and experience as President of the local ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) Chapter.
Additionally, we are now doing Collier Counties new code verification inspections as developed by the County along with NABOR, the local real estate board.
