	We inspect beyond the American Society of Home Inspections Standards of Practice which call for a sampling of items in the home. We check every door, window, appliance, fixture and electrical outlet that we can  get to.

	Len is President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of ASHI and has been six out of the last seven years.		Len has built many high end homes in SW Florida.
	Len has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Structural Engineering and is a licensed Florida General Contractor.		Being a successful owner since 1979, Len is a highly qualified construction professional with a trained eye for perfection. He has taught all of his inspectors to use the same techniques.
	Len has over 30 years of experience in General Contracting and Real Estate Development.		All inspections will be performed by Len Gluckstal, President of Golden Rule Home Inspections.
