About Us

Len Gluckstal, the owner of Golden Rule Home Inspections, has been President of the Gulf Coast Chapter of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) since 2003. He has a BS degree in Structural Engineering, is a Florida licensed Certified General Contractor, Home Inspector, Mold Assessor, Radon Measurement Technician, and as an employee of DL, a Termite Inspector.

As a General Contractor, Len has performed approximately $100 million worth of work. All Golden Rule home inspectors are trained by Len and have extensive construction experience. Len reviews all reports before they are released.

When he’s not working, Len is an avid tennis and golf player.

Frank Frederick has over twenty years of experience in the commercial construction industry that he brings to Golden Rule Home Inspections. Originally a native of Western Pennsylvania, he brought his unique skill set and attention to detail to Southwest Florida recently to escape the harsh winters. 

As a Florida-licensed home inspector, Frank adheres to a strict code of ethics and practices that ensure your home’s systems are being inspected with a very detailed process and thorough investigation.

Frank enjoys a very active life with his wife. When not inspecting, you may find him working on his classic trucks or motorcycles.

Christopher Van Zandt, a resident of Bonita Springs – originally from the Main Line area of the Philadelphia suburbs – is a seasoned, ASHI Certified Home Inspector, licensed in the state of Florida to perform residential and commercial inspections of homes and buildings.

Based on years of experience in the Real Estate industry and a lifetime of hands-on building, construction, and home remodeling business, Chris possesses a deep knowledge of building practices, materials, and the systems that make up the modern structure. His affinity for inspecting attic spaces, roofs, and crawlspaces adds additional value to the comprehensive home inspection and ensures the superlative reporting package that Golden Rule Home Inspections provides each of its clients.
